Missing Sequels

If you could create a sequel to one favorite (standalone) movie, which would it be? How would it build on the original?

I’m not one much for sequels to movies, as they are never as good as the first…at least in my opinion. And the fact that I’m struggling leads me to believe that there really aren’t any movies that I’m dying to know what comes next thus needing a sequel.

Sequels take away the imagination of what you want to come next, and personally, I’ll always take the thought of the fantasy, because the reality is always a big let down when it comes to movies.

Now books…I often do like the sequels, or next in the series, as they tend to develop more characters, along with being more in depth of the ones you already know. Those are awesome!

Ironically, I rarely read books that are movies…although I am on the waiting list to read “The Fault in Our Stars”. I haven’t seen the movie, but do want to read the book.
