Digging Up Your Digs

http://dailypost.wordpress.com/dp_prompt/digging-up-your-digs/

500 years from now, an archaeologist accidentally stumbles on the ruins of your home, long buried underground. What will she learn about early-21st-century humans by going through (what remains of) your stuff?

I think one of the most interesting things that one could find will be the current technology that we use, because you know in 500 years what we use now, won’t be around!

I can’t even think to imagine what will take the place of a toaster, coffee maker, over, microwave, television…and the list goes on and on. Even simple things such as our furniture, clothes, decor, etc…

I guess it only takes a quick search of google to see how things have changed since the last century…just imagine what 5 centuries from now will look like!
